Исследования, создание предметов и выживание, являются ключевыми аспектами всех игр Fallout. К сожалению, они иногда быстро приедаются и становятся скучными, без усложнения они теряют свою цель после достижения нескольких уровней. «Горизонт» восстанавливает эти аспекты, делая вашу игру более сложной и интересной. Он содержит тысячи изменений, переработанных систем и новых дополнений для тщательного баланса всех его изменений.
Мод сфокусирован и сбалансирован вокруг режима выживания, чтобы сделать игру более сложной и захватывающей, однако при желании его можно использовать в любом режиме сложности.
Также в модификации присутствует 4 настройки режимов сложности, так что все игроки в Fallout смогут опробовать свои навыки выживания и ознакомиться с изменениями, которые вносит мод.
ВНИМАНИЕ: Добавлена опция «Воскрешение в ближайшем поселении». Её можно отключить в диске настроек Горизонт (диск можно создать в Лаборатории робототехники). Опция новая и возможны баги. У меня, например, если ГГ погиб в режиме скрытности, то выйти из него после воскрешения невозможно.
ВНИМАНИЕ: Клей теперь производится в химической лаборатории, а не на кухне. Вы также можете узнать уровень ваших отношений со спутником. Для этого в лаборатории робототехники создайте голодиск «Настройки Горизонт», активируйте его, и включите «Специальное меню настроек». После этого, в почтовом ящике, вы сможете увидеть уровень ваших отношений.

Требования:
Fallout 4 версия 1.10.114+ и выше
Начало новой игры (сразу после установки мода)*
Расположение ESP файлов мода в самом НИЗУ списка загрузки модов
DEF_UI (хотя и не является обязательным, но считается базовым требованием), начиная с версии 1.8 встроен в Горизонт и требуется только архив def_ui_translations 1.10.163.0 со странички DEF_UI

Распаковать содержимое архива в папку Data вашей игры, подключить плагин в NMM. Эта версия не предназначена для автоматической установки. Для того, чтобы мод работал как положено, поставьте его последним в списке загрузки (разумеется файлы патчей на сложность и для ДЛС должны располагаться еще ниже).

Открываете архив архиватором, копируете в папку DATA вашей игры файлы:
Это основные файлы. С версии 1.4.1 к ним относятся и файлы «Архитектор».
Далее копируете опциональные (по необходимости) файлы:
Во первых, если у вас установлены ВСЕ официальные дополнения DLC то это:
Если не все, то из папки Optional_DLC выбираете отдельные файлы для DLC(дополнений), которые у вас установлены.
Из папки Optional_Difficulties выбираете (если хотите, это не обязательно, и я, например его не ставил) файл сложности мода.
Мод «Горизонт» в списке загрузки должен стоять последним, ну а все опциональные файлы размещайте ниже него.
Далее запускаете NMM (Нексус Мод Менеджер) и отмечаете «галочками» добавленные только что файлы.

Horizon introduces Skills system, similar to Fallout 3 (New Vegas). Skills can be raised generally by reading Magazines, picking Perks and using the skill itself (Skill Gains).
On the more technical side: these are not actually skills but are perks dished out in increments of 10, so a skill is actually a perk with 20 ranks. A hunting skill of 90 and 99 have the same effect as technically, the game thinks you have 90. When you reach 100, it will give you a new perk with more effects.

Skills unlock Perks mostly around 20 points while your Pip-Boy instead show increments of 10 up to 100 points and then continues in increments of 20 up to a theoretical maximum of 220. Some skills still exceed the 220 mark while others currently don’t reach 220 pts. So 10 ranks up to 100 pts and 6 ranks from 100 to 220 pts in sum (10-220) 16 skill ranks.
Perks
Horizon introduces numerous changes to Perks. Perks can even be achieved via Bobbleheads and other items like the Vault-Tec Training Manual.
Many Perks grant bonuses to Skills, either as their primary effect or as a bonus. On the more technical side, Perks are dished out in increments of 10, so a skill is actually a perk with 20 ranks. A hunting skill of 90 and 99 have the same effect as technically, the game thinks you have 90. When you reach 100, it will give you a new perk with more effects.

Leveling speed in Horizon is roughly halved compared to the vanilla game, but every 5 levels you may put one perk point into V.A.N.S., which refunds the point and gives another 5 perk points. This means that while leveling is slower than vanilla, the total number of perks remains about the same.
Players who elect to not use V.A.N.S. receive the Primal Instincts perk, which increases their damage by 5% for every 5 levels, up to a maximum of 30% at level 30. This is primarily intended as a higher difficulty mode for advanced players.

Weapon Perks [ ]
Weapon perks in Horizon generally do not increase damage. They instead provide bonuses that vary from perk to perk, such as.
Many Specializations do increase the damage of their associated weapon group, and usually require the third rank of their respective weapon perks.
Weapon perks and a certain level of skill also allow unique and custom weapons to be crafted. Horizon regulates this via the ZX-1 Experimentation Lab a special crafting workbench which is controlled via a terminal. The weapons that are crafted here are stronger and sometimes exceed the discarded legendary weapons depending on the skill level.
Bobbleheads [ ]
The trick is to get this as early as possible, more perks, more power. The following table shows one or more ways to get the corresponding bobblehead. Often times it’s possible to get these without combat, absolutely passively, from level 1! Sometimes you need skill, Aquaboy/Aquagirl and Stealth don’t hurt here!

Horizon uses a more focused and controlled leveling curve. Everything in the game is rebalanced around this.
Leveling is rescaled, in order to balance out progression better. Reaching level 30 in Horizon, is like reaching the old level 60.
This keeps the player’s level within a stricter boundary that can be controlled better. The game should continually be challenging all the way until the end content. This also helps remove that «arcade» feel, where levels are poping up way too fast, making it seem like gaining a level doesn’t even mean anything.
Even though you are getting half the levels for your time spent, you will get bonus perk points every 5 levels to help customize your character just as much as before.
Strength Rebalancing
Because strength had no hard cap, it was a balancing nightmare, and needed to be fixed. This will also allow me to buff certain melee weapons or mods easier, without them getting out of control.
Focused Specializations and Weapon Perks
A brand new system is added on top of the existing weapon perks, to allow players to focus more specifically on which set of weaponry they can focus their damage bonuses on.
Aside from the weapon perks, the perk system needed a massive overhaul to accommodate the new health and leveling system. Many new additions were added as well.
VANS will now provide you with free bonus perk points to spend every 5 levels. There’s a few reasons I chose this system instead of simply granting 2 perks per levels. VANS acts as a milestone reward, where you have a goal to reach, after which your character can take a breather and get some training in.
Some perks in Horizon have been completely redesigned to offer new utilities and bonuses.
Obtaining magazines now gives special unlocks to many recipes. In some cases, these magazines are an optional alternative to putting hard points into perks. In other cases, they are required for specific recipes.
Not all magazine perks are fully used yet. Some of these are simply placeholders to allow these recipes to be used in the future.
PLEASE NOTE : I highly recommend HOLDING onto all magazines that you obtain. Store them in a settlement container or something, just in case I need to change something in the future, and re-reading the magazines is required. They’re worth no caps now, so you lose nothing by saving them.

*If you still aren’t receiving your perk for a magazine, try putting it on a settlement magazine rack, and read it off the rack. That should fix it.
